A collective buzz was felt on the grounds of the Catholic Leadership Centre, when over 350 MACS office staff came together on Friday 21 October to explore the inaugural MACS 2030: Forming Lives to Enrich the World strategic plan.
Shauna-Maree Sykes, Strategy Lead, provided staff with a closer look at the strategy’s elements and how they fit together, and shared some of the ambitious goals MACS aims to deliver to enable our strategic vision to come to life.
As staff built further clarity and understanding around the strategy, many voices and perspectives were shared across the day. Rooms were filled with energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine sense of readiness for the journey ahead. When asked what MACS office staff found most exciting about MACS30, the consensus was strong; it provides “a clear and concise direction for all stakeholders, to ensure clarity and consistency across the Archdiocese.”
We would like to extend our thanks to all MACS office staff who were able to join us and provide valuable feedback during the session. The SIT collected a great deal of data and insights on the day and look forward to sharing this feedback and our learnings with MACS office staff shortly.
