To work towards the provision of high-quality curriculum and teaching resources for all our schools, MACS partnered with Learning First to undertake a sector-wide survey on F-10 Victorian Curriculum delivery. We would like to thank and acknowledge the 500+ teachers, school leaders and principals who provided valuable feedback on their experiences interpreting, resourcing, and implementing the Victorian Curriculum, as well as the teachers and leaders who offered to participate in reference groups.
Capturing the insights and feedback of our teacher workforce is vital to ensure the delivery of our MACS 2030 Flourishing Learners strategic goal, ‘To become the benchmark for excellence in teaching and learning, through a coherently integrated, academically competitive and distinctively Catholic educational offering’ (MACS 2030, Flourishing Learners)
The survey data is currently being analysed by Learning First and a full report on F-10 Curriculum Delivery, including finding around curriculum resources and implementation will be released to MACS in February 2023. MACS looks forward to learning from the data, and sharing insights with teachers, leaders, and schools to inform our future design for MACS Flourishing Learners strategic programs within MACS 2030.
