On Thursday 6 October, over 200 principals gathered at the Catholic Leadership Centre for MACS’ annual Principal Forum. A panel of five MACS principals were invited to the stage to share their stories of practice in the context of MACS 2030’s strategic themes. Facilitated by Professor David Gurr, panelists shared with great enthusiasm stories of community engagement, building Catholic identity, and the full flourishing of all students.
MACS 2030’s academic pillar, Flourishing Learners was later introduced by Dr Simon Lindsay and Shauna-Maree Sykes, and explored with Grattan Institute’s Julie Sonneman who discussed global, national, and local trends in Curriculum, Pedagogy and Assessment.
